Does all of the money raised from the festival go to Charity?
Yes it does, the festival is 100% run by volunteers and all proceeds go towards the running of the Cheltenham Branch of the Samaritans.
How do I sponsor a Barrel ?
If you would like to sponsor a barrel to advertise your business, celebrate a special occasion (Birthday, Anniversary, Passing Exams etc), complete the form attached here and you can have your company logo or a photo or a picture of your choice added to the barrel. Each Barrel costs £50 to sponsor, you can sponsor as many as you like and you will receive 2 free tickets for every barrel sponsored. Your logo/photo/picture will appear on the barrel, the website, the festival programme and be displayed/projected at the festival.
How do I place an advert in the Festival Programme ?
If you would like to place an advert in the full colour Festival programme, complete the form attached here The cost of the advert depends on the size you order (quarter, half or full page).
£100 per full page
£50 per half page
£30 per quarter page.
Each advert placed will receive 2 free tickets for the festival and your logo/photo/picture will be displayed/projected at the festival.
How do I pay for Sponsorship/Advertising ?
When you have completed the form here we will send you an invoice with payment details and how/where to send your logo/picture/photo
Where do I collect my souvenir glass and beer tokens ?
Upon arrival, head towards our ticket office and exchange your ticket for this years exclusive souvenir beer glass and full colour Festival programme. You can also purchase your beer tokens from the ticket office for use at the Festival bar only.
Where can I spend my Beer Tokens ?
Tokens can be used to purchase the Festival Beers and Ciders only. Cash must be used for the Food stalls, Prosecco bar and Clubhouse bar (the clubhouse bar also accepts cards)
What sort of food do your vendors sell?
We are pleased to confirm that The Cotswold Pizza Company and SRI-Licous will be offering Pizzas and SRI-Lancan Street Food. Click Here for more details.2020 Food
What time is the music on?
The music will start about 1pm and run continuously throughout the day/evening. Keep checking here for updates on the bands that will be appearing from The Jelly Babies who will entertain your little ones (as well as adults), through to Frankenstein's Lobster who will be playing us out at the end of the evening.
Are there any Cash Machines on site ?
No, unfortunately there are no cash machines on site. The ticket office and Food Vendors will accept card payments.
Are Children allowed ?
Yes, this is a family festival so children are allowed in for free. You only need to purchase tickets for those that will be drinking any of the festival beers and ciders. The Jelly Babies will be on stage in the afternoon providing entertainment for your little ones, there is also a face painter on site.
Are Dogs Allowed on site ?
Yes as long as they are kept on a lead. There will be children running around and the music might be a bit loud for some dogs. Please make sure you bring plenty of poop bags.
Can we bring our own chairs/blankets ?
Yes. We would like you to be as comfortable as possible so please feel free to bring your own chairs, blankets, camping tables, cushions, inflatable sofas etc if you prefer. There will be a couple of marquees/tents offering shelter and the bar in the clubhouse also has seating.
Will there be any other food and drinks on offer ?
Yes. The Bar in the clubhouse will be open offering drinks and bar snacks. Please note however that you will not be able to spend your beer tokens at the clubhouse bar.
Can we bring our own food and drinks ?
You are welcome to bring your own food and non alcoholic drinks. Any Alcoholic drinks should be purchased from either the Festival bar (using tokens) or from the clubhouse (using cash or card).
Are there any Toilet Facilities ?
Yes. The clubhouse toilets will be available along with portaloos outside.
